a Croatian friend of mine was asking about "American" guitarists so i sent him a Leo Kottke cd and he sent me a classical cd back by Christopher Parkening, u might enjoy him?

I went to see Christopher Parkening years ago. Just one of the classical guitarists I've enjoyed over the years.

Ah yes, Leo Kottke has been one of my favorites for a long time. Never heard of this Mr. Parkening before but his version of Bach's "Jesu" is nice. As far as instrumentalists go, I mainly know about pianists. The only other classical guitarist I can think of is Andres Segovia
