But I was more into Dead Kennedys, Henry Rollins, I can't even remember the bands now. How sad!

Never listened to them...until now. Watched a couple of vids in youtube. Better than Kanye.

Given that they write their own music, I hope they're at least better than Kanye.

Always love a healthy binge of punk. I go through phases of listening exclusively to Wipers, The Replacements, Flipper, Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Bad Brains, The Gun Club - Gosh, so many more that I feel another binge coming up.

yes! i have an unhealthy obsession with roitgrrrl and hole,, and i have ever sex pistols song recorded on my laptop. before i listened to jo, i listened only to punk. i really like anything with jello biafra or hank williams 3. i also love gwar. and the casualties. and rancid. and yeah.

I'm much more into post-punk. I find it a more interesting continuation of what punk started.

Punk's a many-headed beast. I like third/fourth wave ska, or ska-punk, best of all.

I loved NOFX when I was in college. I bought Punk in Drublic at a car boot sale. It's less polished and jokey album than So Long and Thanks For All the Shoes but the sound is really raw. Unfortunately, a certain other punk album named Dookie was released that year and eclipsed it. Shame.
