Hello... I just registered here, have only known about JN for a week or so, and am already obsessed - read: spending days on YouTube! - with her. Nobody has affected me like this for a very long time [yes, I'm old, pushing 60].

So...Joanna's birthdate is public, but not the time. Putting up a birthchart for that day at that location gives a late Capricorn Sun conjunct an early Aquarius Venus [uh-huh, the beauty and seriousness of her work and person], a Scorpio Moon with Jupiter [the depth and breadth - and intensity! - of her work and person] and, very interestingly, a Neptune/Galactic Centre conjunction.

This last is a big deal for me, since the GC is the throne of the Goddess, the birthplace of all native matter in our 'Milky Way' galaxy [and people are always calling JN goddess and angel]; and Neptune is the prime referent for the collective feeling life, the transporting power of art and music.

This goes a good way to explaining the gal's Sheer Overwhelmingness...but without an exact birthtime it's very hard to get to the proper Ascendant, the 'Rising sign' that is our external persona, what the world sees of us from the outside.

I suspect that Joanna has a late Scorpio Asc, with a first house that also contains Uranus [collective-mind referent] and the aforementioned Nep/GC conjunction. Scorpio Moon in the 12th house might very well explain her insomnia...

Now, to the point.

If Joanna wants to keep her birthtime private, that's her right, which none can gainsay; and I'm not so stupid or intrusive as to even try to email or otherwise contact her personally.

But if she doesn't mind, it would make me very happy to have a correct birth chart for her, and would definitely help me understand just what the HELL she's done to me...and presumably most of you.

So, any ideas?

I'm of the Sagan persuasion that says all of this is bollocks. (That's british right? did I use it correctly?) But to each his own!

I'm a creeper and looked up her up on ancestry.com. I found her birth record, but all it was was her mother's maiden name, her name, the county and date. (I know that's creepy! I was just curious to see if I could find anything ...)

Each to their own,of course, but her doings are extraordinarily moving, and I can't help wondering why this should be so.

Someone online did my sons birth chart for me and I loved reading it.

I don't even know what time I was born. I wonder if Joanna does.

I always thought I was born around 2 AM, but then I asked my mom and she said I was born in the afternoon. I don't know myself very well.

Maybe I can ask my neighbor to find my birth-time by reading her Tarot cards, or by contacting my mother in the spirit world. Otherwise, I'm S O L. btw, I wasn't paying close attention...why do I want t know my birth-time?

I've always had issues with the Myers-Briggs things thought because of how it always seemed like my answers were circumstantial, and therefore, not really accurately portraying me. People aren't that simple. I could easily think of various scenarios in which the answer to the questions would be entirely different, but I still think a fair and honest answer.

I imply no denigration, and it is more than self-evident to me that JN has put in her 10,000+ hours.

Astrology as I use it is not inherently deterministic, at least not as to how the givens in the chart are employed - that comes under freewill. Nor am I particularly interested in proselytising for it, either it works for you or it doesn't, and I have zero desire to impose its worldview on anyone.

My friend-of-the-Tarot-cards also does astrological charts. Using the tools at , she was able to approximate my birth-time. It turned out that there was a specific time-of-day on my birth-date when the chart "fit me like a glove". She explained each part of the chart as it showed for that point in time, and she built a very clear picture of "me", things that she had no way of knowing beforehand. This reading was nothing like the horoscopes you might find in a newspaper or magazine. This was no partial-fit. It was dead-on!
