A snow leopard. I've always felt special about them.

Is this how you play the game?

Snake I think. Image (my snakey)

I have felt a bond between myself and snakes whenever I am close to them. I love them.

Probably such a cliché answer, but you have no idea how much I love wolves. So much more than people. I mean, look at that. Is that not the most majestic, beautiful thing you've ever seen?

I've always loved ducks! My favourite stuffed animal when I was little was a duck. And they're kind of awkward, like me.

Well, that one is pretty majestic.
I wouldn't want God to look like that. It looks... cold. God should look like .

I think aside from the obvious canine/feline issue; Snow Leopards just seem more serious, wise and wistful than wolves or dogs. Probably because dogs have become so domesticized that they're inextricably linked with lolling, friendly idiots in my head. And wolves have a definite bit-o-the-dog about them.

That's the great thing about wolves! They have all the friendliness and loyalty of a domestic dog, but they're not pathetic and tragic like a rat terrier or a chihuahua (sorry to anyone who has a small dog): they're still proud, wild animals. They have all the most noble aspects of human nature in them, and all their vices they can't be blamed for, because unlike us they don't know any better. They're nature's noble savages, I suppose. Wild and free and yet we see all the best of ourselves in them.
Cat's don't appeal to me a great deal (I love our cats because they're so damn cute) as companions because they don't appear to actually care about you. Sure, they'll use you, but if they can use anyone else better they'll forget all about you. And they're, well, not very bright, to be fair. They're not social creatures - they don't form bonds, there's no emotional connection there. A canine is always happy to see one of its packmates, a feline is always happy to see food. Like a goat or an owl.

I dunno. The friendliness and loyalty of dogs I find kinda irritating and stupid. I find cats much more independent and respectable (thats the key), dogs have no dignity. Cats always seem like they know something else, something beyond everything else. Even though they don't I love that about them.

I once went out with a furry that was a wolf. Kind of ruined them for me.

Wuzzo! I can't believe you would choose a wolf after telling me we can't have a dog living in our mountain fortress :tsk:

My parents got a part wolf, part malamute dog a year before I was born. He died when I was 10, but I'm happy that I was able to grow up with him. He was wonderful.

I'm having a hard time choosing a patronus. I think I'll use a yak as a placeholder.

I want a malamute-wolf! D: That's like my dream dog. And dogs are my only ambition.
