To have please and to be pleasured.

Life is a cosmic accident with no inherent meaning, and I don't need to impose one on it.

One of my favourite poems pretty much sums up my view. Late Fragment by Raymond Carver:

And did you get what
you wanted from this life, even so?
I did.
And what did you want?
To call myself beloved, to feel myself
beloved on the earth.

this has been my stance:

there is no meaning behind life, but rather, life itself is meaning, or the possibility of it.

that's my spinozist/heideggerian idea.

life is also 'thundering blissful towards death in a stampede'

to love and be loved no?

for me it's trying to be a good christian, and explore aesthetics.
