I've been thinking about everything I've learned since leaving my relationship. I honestly feel I'm directly paying for the mistakes I've made for the first time. Don't know if thus really belongs here, as I don't really regret the things I've done as such. I would've just blindly gone through life making the same mistakes in ignorance. Like my lack of loyalty.
Also the things I say, I can say the most poisonous things and never before did I think that would lead to the recipient never talking to me again. Especially my ex. I think its easy to take a relationship for granted when its always been there.
Not just him, I've said awful things to people I love, can't take them back now. Just have to hope I can move on and learn something for the next opportunity (if I get one again)
Back to the safety oh work. Ahhhh work

Weh, don't know if this constitutes as sucky, but tomorrow is my first appointment with a psychiatrist ever. Something I should have done a very very long time ago.
Nervous? I don't know what to expect.
Maybe I'll just be medicated to the point of feeling hollow.

Ceb: If that's how you end up feeling, you'll be on the wrong medication. There's nothing to be nervous about - it's just like going to the doctor for anything else!

I'm being dramatic of course... I've had Adderall before and I didn't feel ill or numb or anything. It really helps, actually.
I'm.. I'm sure it'll be okay! I'll try to calm myself down.
