with the kindle on my new phone just snarrfed down Hunger Games and finished book 5 fire and ice(game of thrones)...didn't really like the ending either....sigh

btw there is no way they do book 5 as one season....

Well I guess at least he does tell you to read slow!! I am the same, find it very hard to stick with it if I get a to a section of a book I find less enjoyable to read. This is good so far.

Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde! I love my literature class.

A few days ago, I bought the last book in the Wheel of Time saga, A Memory of Light, number 14 in the series. Instead of reading it, I started at the beginning of the series, again. I love it!

Just finished The Wheel of Time. I still have tears in my eyes.

You read 12,000 or so pages in the last 5 days? If so, I am truly impressed.

I meant the first six chapters of the last book! So just 912 pages.

I'm anxious to read the final book, but I decided that I wanted to refresh my memory of the story in the best way--reading all of it again. I'm maybe a quarter of the way through the 2nd book.

It's a collection of different ways of looking at the universe and life in general.
So far I'm enjoying it. Each section is written by a different smarty pants person and each one picks up a little from the theme of the last section so its quite organic. I like.
