I love the more recent live versions of the Milk Eyed Mender era songs. I really wish she'd record an extensive live album of her earlier material (or new versions of them as heard on the Ys Street Band EP.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Milk Eyed Mender, but I have to say some of the live versions I've heard of many of those songs have been my absolute favorites.

I thought her performance was pretty fantastic. It's probably the best post-Good Intentions piano/trombone jam I've heard, too - Andy Strain is boss.

yeah Andy rocked! Very glad they ended on GIPC. I don't like the vibe of taping because the audience can't move or make a peep- and you can see they wanted to bop along to GIPC. Might as well bring in mannequins with applause tracks.
