Good day all

So after listening to nearly 150 covers of Joanna's music in the last couple of weeks and being a fan of covers in general (I blogged a cover a day for a while at MOG) I have decided to put up a compilation of JN covers in MP3 for folks to share.

I would like this to be put together by everyone in the community, so I am asking for your help.

The first step would simply be to post in this thread with your favorite cover versions.
You can list up to 5, no reason to put them in order or why you like them unless you so choose.

Once this thread has run it's course, I will boil the song selections down to the top choices and then put up a poll for each song and ask the community to vote on the cover version to be selected for the compilation.

If anyone has or knows of any other MP3 or avail versions of other covers, please link them here.

My only requirements for the cover faves is that the audio on them be reasonable for the listener, they are full versions and not remixes.

Once the selections are settled on, an attempt to get higher quality audio and other recording information from the artists will be made(if needed)

I appreciate the few of you who spoke up and will include a couple of those for sure.
I guess I shall move forward on a different path with this, as I have not gotten the input I had hoped for.

Have spoken with Drag City and they and Joanna have given their OK for a benefit covers album!

Proceeds will go to help the 20 million homeless from floods in Pakistan
