you just have to compress the file to a .rar archive and then upload it to, i don't know, megaupload, mediafire, rapidshare, etc. etc. etc.

Okay I'm compressing it now, do I need an account for megaupload or mediafire or rapidshare because I really can't be bothered with anything I need to make an account for

EDIT - So I compressed it but don't really understand where my compressed file has gone :S

Is that no good?

You can upload to up to 300MB per file without having an account. Once it's uploaded, they give you a link so that you can share it with others. It's not a permanent thing, only good for so many downloads, but it works long enough to share with a few people. If the file is bigger than 300MB you might have to go some other route.

I can't download that torrent because I need an account too.
