Hi Alex Ysoltsev: no you're not too late - thank you for voting.

While updating my spreadsheet, I've noticed that I have been awarding 12 "proportion points" in each tie, instead of 10. The figures shown in the results I have summarised at the end of each set have been correct, but the "league tables" have been incorrect. I have now amended these throughout, and the tables I will put up in about 80 minutes' time will be adjusted. I don't think it will make a very big difference. The error arose because I had designed the spreadsheet to work with 12 songs per division, and this year we only have 11. I have now made them more robust!

I am sure you are right, under a CPell, although it's still interesting to watch it unfold. The impression I've had, collating the votes, was that this song had not been quite so invincible as in past years. However, it is likely that it will win by an increased margin, which I would suggest is because we have re-evaluated many of the older songs, and with the influx of the new songs too, this means that there is no single song that has been able to mount a consistent challenge. I do enjoy how her older material can continue to offer new inspirations with repeated listens, and so remain fresh. Also, it demonstrates that there is no 'falling off' in quality now that she's onto her fourth album.

A collaboration with Kanye or Lamar might take a bit of getting used to, however, but I am sure I will enjoy the endeavour!
