Tonight concert in Paris has been cancelled. This is due to Joanna being ill. Bit dissapointed to say the least, having flown over from Liverpool

Tomorrows is scheduelled to go ahead. if anyone has a spare, highly doubtful, but please send me a PM

Wow. Very greatful to the venue for providing a few extra tickets. Managed to get my name down, and sure enough, sat at the font on a cushion for the gig. Really did make my week!

As for the set itself, was amzing as usual.Have One On Me was second on the list, and set the energy for the night. Really beautiful theatre, that had brilliant acoustics

Cute (very) old theater with a really nice acoustic. Warm and respectful audience (except for the too many Reflex camera that was loudy when shooting).
There was quite some strangers from what I heard.

Beautiful show but short. (Which is highly understandable after a day where she lost her voice !)
For this matter, she was quite fighting against her voice from times to times. But she get out of this wonderfully !

Hope she'll be back soon, and play us Does Not Suffice, What We Have Known, The Fray and lot's of others

Pierre : I personnaly prefered the show at La Villette, for the second encore and Amazing Sawdust and Diamonds, and for the Outstanding Andy Strain trombone solo on Good Intentions Paving Company.

Saturday's show was amazing and intense and intimate and everything I could have wanted from a Joanna set. I still think the first time I saw her at Latitude Festival in 2008 was the best but the first time is always special.
